An Update on UNIFY+

Dear UNIFY+ members,

Thank you for joining UNIFY+ when we launched in August 2025, and for supporting Canada Basketball.

A shift in our technology capabilities and resources for UNIFY+ has limited our ability to manage the platform. As a result, we are no longer able to deliver the experience as it was intended, and after months of exploring solutions, Canada Basketball has made the decision to end its association with the UNIFY+ platform.

Our commitment to Founding Members has not changed. Every Founding Member who signed up by December 31, 2025, will still receive their limited-edition Casey Bannerman UNIFY+ jacket. These Founders Members will receive an email directly from us in the coming days.

We're grateful for your early support of UNIFY+ and are sorry we weren't able to deliver on its full vision. We'll keep looking for new ways to connect with our fans, and we thank you again for being part of this journey.
